ERP Product Owner

Our Tech Solutions Engineering Team is focused on maintaining and building the internal Software Landscape of trivago and they’re looking for an ERP Product Owner to join their team!

As part of this cross-functional, international, agile team, you’ll be working closely with a Solution Architect and Project Manager to maintain and drive the current ERP of trivago. At the same time you’ll help us to migrate to our new ERP solution and will play a key part in this endeavour. As an integral member of the team, you’ll have a say in the prioritisation and overall direction of our internal ERP and its future. You’ll work on diverse tasks with a direct business impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Backlog management and prioritization for our current ERP tool. 
  • Support the transition to a new ERP Solution including requirements gathering.
  • Track and mitigate errors in the current ERP Solution.
  • Support Solution Architect in daily business.
  • Provide support across departments with solving issues with the ERP System.
  • Be responsible for the stakeholder management in your area.

What you’ll definitely need:

  • 2-4 years prior experience with ERP Systems.
  • Good understanding of financial processes and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to work with deadlines to meet both business and technical demands.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience.

What we’d love you to have:

  • LucaNet knowledge.
  • Accounting knowledge (HGB or U.S. GAAP).
  • Microsoft Dynamics knowledge.
  • SQL basics.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs.
