  • Manage daily and weekly tasks, deliverables and deadlines among cross-functional project teams that may include trivago colleagues, client-side employees, contract-based partners and external freelancers.
  • Support communication both within the department and the company to create visibility on the progress the teams are making.

  • Previous experience working on large-scale project management, leading multi-organizational initiatives and driving team accountability to achieve goals.
  • Strong assertiveness and stellar communication skills to provide a basis for successful relationship building.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
  • Excellent analytical skills enabling you to interpret operational metrics in context of the broader strategy.
  • Cognitive and structural thinking, the ability to zoom-in and out in projects to challenge solutions on multiple levels.

What we’d love you to have:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Experience working on marketing specific projects.
