Workday Team Lead

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead a team of Workday specialists and ensure they have an environment and resources to succeed in their work, develop as team and as individuals, and create value for the business. 
  • Be responsible for the scope, design, and delivery of technology solutions that optimize and enable organization.
  • Stay up to date with technology releases, roadmap and identifying opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve business processes.
  • Own technical vision for Workday and make sure that it aligns with Product Vision, coming from the Product Owner.
  • Build and execute implementation plans for new Workday functionality: including design, configuration, QA testing, deployment, and support.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • In-depth Workday knowledge in Core HCM, Security and Reporting and, at least, 2 additional Workday Modules/Areas (preferably: Absence, Time, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Expenses, Integrations).
  • Experience deploying multiple Workday projects simultaneously.
  • Functional/technical proficiency with architecting, implementing, and configuring several Workday Modules/Areas.
  • Experience in process design and improvement.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience building and leading an in-house HCM team.
  • Experience in data management and administration.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
